Meet Patrick Brock
I’m a lifelong Franklin County native who’s spent my entire life in the heart of Northwestern Vermont. My wife, our two kids, and I love exploring everything this area offers, from kayaking and biking to enjoying local community events.
After years of admiring the real estate world, I decided to take the leap and joined The Paul Martin Team at M Realty in 2024. My first year in real estate was humbling, exciting, and more successful than I could’ve imagined! I’m proud to have helped 13 families close on homes and achieve over $4 million in sales.
I bring a calm, consistent approach to every transaction. My clients know I’m always in their corner, ready to problem solve, negotiate hard when needed, and keep the process positive no matter what bumps come up along the way.
When I’m not showing homes, you’ll find me making music (piano, guitar, vocals), spending time with family, or just soaking up another Vermont sunset.
